Oasis was able to tie the client’s needs together in a creative solution that fit the scale of the house and especially the shade issues. The Smart Pergola and shade screen are automated to combat the late afternoon sun while keeping a stylish appearance. We rounded out the soft seating area and installed a circular gas fire feature into the bar to keep the spaces cozy and integrated without adding additional square footage. At night, the fire features and LED lighting come to life to ensure a pleasant evening with friends and family overlooking the water for years to come.
